how long till you felt that glow-up?

okay, real talk-how long did it take for you to notice a difference when you started doing something new? like, was it instant? or did you wake up one day and think, wait, when did i start feeling better? maybe it was a workout routine, a skincare hack, or just cutting out [insert guilty pleasure here]. i swear i tried this one thing for weeks and nothing, then bam-suddenly i’m a new person. or maybe it’s all in my head? anyone else have a ‘slow burn’ success story? or was it love at first sip/step/snack? spill the tea (or the protein shake).
